Entirely from public sources. We look at publicly available advertising transparency data — the Meta Ad Library and the Google Ads Transparency Center, both open to anyone — and at the pages those ads point to. From that we can see which companies run video advertising, in which countries, and what kind of landing page sits behind it.
We did not buy your details from a list broker, scrape your website for addresses, or obtain anything from a third party. If we contacted you, it is because your own public advertising suggested one specific thing we might be able to help with.
We do not hold special-category data, we do not track you across the web, and this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) UK/EU GDPR: contacting a business about a service relevant to its commercial activity, using publicly available business information, with an unconditional opt-out. We contact business addresses in a professional capacity only, and we cap contact at three messages — after that we stop whether or not you reply.
We do not send unsolicited email to companies based in Germany, Austria or Canada, where the law requires prior consent even between businesses.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to the processing entirely. Email jernej@anglevelocity.com and we will action it within 30 days, usually the same day. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
If you ask us to stop, we keep only the minimum needed to make sure we never contact you again — your domain on a suppression list. Everything else is deleted. Prospect records we never contact are deleted after 12 months.
